COMMON QUESTIONS
Clarity before complexity.
Are these production platforms or demonstration environments?+
The gallery can include approved production platforms, controlled demonstrations or test environments. Each published card identifies the platform type and permitted test journey.
Can I make a real booking?+
Only when an individual card explicitly permits it. Do not create a supplier booking or payment unless an approved test process is provided.
Can I use my real payment card?+
No. Never enter live payment-card information into an ordinary demonstration journey unless specific, approved instructions state otherwise.
Why do prices or availability change?+
Some demos may use live or recently updated supplier inventory, so availability, rates, fares and conditions can change between searches.
Why does a demo require login details?+
B2B, agent and white-label portals may be private. Approved credentials can be provided through a controlled request-access process.
Can I test the demos on mobile?+
Each public demo should be checked on representative mobile and desktop devices, with the latest verification date shown on its card.
What happens if a demo is unavailable?+
The platform or an external supplier may be under maintenance. Contact us to report the issue or request an alternative walkthrough.
Do provider logos mean The Mind Gauge is an official partner?+
Not necessarily. Provider names can describe a verified project integration. Partnership wording is used only when the relationship is documented and current.
