MORE THAN A PORTFOLIO GALLERY

See the problem, the system and the outcome

A polished interface can still fail at the supplier, transaction or operational layer. A useful case study explains how those parts were connected.

Technical detail matters when it shows how the platform solved a real business problem. Client identities, provider references, screenshots and measurable results appear only after written approval.

Proof should connect what the buyer can see with the system that made the booking journey work.No unsupported metrics. No invented client stories.

TEST THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Move from the project story to approved live proof

Where client permission and safe-use instructions are available, a case study can link to a working platform or controlled demonstration.

Live environments help buyers evaluate search, product presentation, supplier-connected inventory, pricing, checkout, mobile behaviour and booking management.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Clarity before complexity.

Are all case studies based on real projects?+

Every published case study must be based on an actual project completed or materially delivered by The Mind Gauge. Concept work is never presented as client proof.

Do case studies include real client names?+

Only with written permission. Where confidentiality is required, an approved description such as European tour operator or hotel-focused OTA can be used.

Are the results independently verified?+

Every numeric result requires an identifiable evidence source and management approval. Without that evidence, we describe only the completed system or operational change.

Can visitors access the live platform?+

Some approved studies may link to a public platform or controlled demo after client permission, safe-use instructions and a current verification date are recorded.

Do you publish the complete technical architecture?+

We show enough architecture to explain the solution without exposing credentials, proprietary code, customer data or security-sensitive information.

Can you build something similar to a featured project?+

Potentially, but every platform is shaped around its own suppliers, products, customer channels and commercial model. Discovery determines what can be reused conceptually.

Can an existing client submit a project for inclusion?+

Yes, subject to agreement on the displayed name, screenshots, technical details, testimonial, outcomes and written publication permission.
